Black In Nephrology is a non-profit organization established in 2022 by nephrology fellows across the U.S.

Initially purposed as pathway for communication for African/African Americans in the field nephrology and related disease, B.I.N. has evolved to establish a much larger impact on the health of A/AA community with emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion.

Dr. Andrea Worsley-Our Very Own- has been dedicated to addressing a passion of to improve disparities within hemodialysis vascular access. Dr. Worsley has been instrumental in establishing the Black In Nephrology non-profit. She done all this while currently completing her nephrology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine.
